Junior Associate

Ross is a Junior Associate at BDB Law, bringing her CPA-lawyer expertise to taxation, litigation, and corporate law. She advises and represents clients in tax litigation before the Court of Tax Appeals and regular courts, and regularly engages with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, local government units and other government agencies.

Her practice spans tax assessments, refund claims, and local taxation, as well as corporate matters such as registration, dissolution, and securing permits and licenses. She also manages applications for tax treaty relief and provides a range of corporate services.

Before joining BDB Law, Ross worked as a tax compliance associate and finance officer, where she handled tax filings and prepared financial reports.

Ross earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the East Caloocan Campus in 2019 as Magna Cum Laude and her Juris Doctor Degree in 2025 from Angeles University Foundation as Class Salutatorian. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025 and joined the firm in the same year.

In her free time, Rosslyn enjoys swimming, exploring nature through travel, watching Korean dramas, and spending quality time with her family.
